Nana Girgis McMahon, MD has maintained a private pediatric practice at Emerson Hospital in Concord, MA since 1987. Dr. McMahon and her staff are committed to giving the highest quality medical care to infants, children, adolescents, and college-age patients in a compassionate, family-friendly environment.
The practice provides organized, evidence-based care, coordinating with specialists when needed and reminding families proactively about needed tests and exams. Care is seamless, built around standard protocols, and always personalized.

Nancy is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who thoroughly enjoys caring for children of all ages, from newborns through young adults. She believes the best care puts families first, and she partners closely with parents and Dr. McMahon to support each child's health and growth at every stage.
Nancy holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), the highest level of clinical training, which she brings to her work in primary care. She earned her DNP and MSN from Northeastern University, where she also teaches. She works part-time at Emerson Health's Maternal Newborn unit and provides education support to their Special Care Nursery.
She is also a Certified Pediatric Emergency Nurse and an Instructor in Emergency Pediatric Advanced Life Support, giving families added confidence that their child is in experienced, capable hands.
Nancy's approach combines clinical expertise with genuine warmth. Whether caring for a newborn, guiding a family through the childhood years, or supporting a young adult, she is committed to building lasting, trusting relationships and to making every child and family feel welcome, heard, and cared for.
